It was such a surreal experience with Dom Perignon, especially at #ShougunDukaSeiryuden temple where you can over look the entire city of Kyoto and feel its history.
The marriage of the taste of rosé wise, scenery of Kyoto, and also the beautiful music specially made for this day all came together and created a beautiful chemistry in our mouths.
Furthermore, we were all blown away by the dinner prepared by the legendary chef Mr. Narisawa, which allowed us to savor the blessing of the earth through the taste. Every single dish brought out different dimensions of the Dom Perignon Rosé 2009. Unbelievable.
全てが幻想的でした。
京都市街を一望できる「将軍塚 青龍殿」で、この日のために作られた音楽に包まれて味わうロゼは別格で、長い歴史の中で築いてきた人間としての営み、ものづくりの尊さを感じながら味わっていました。
成澤シェフのディナーも素晴らしく、大地の恵みを感じさせながら、一品一品口へ運ぶごとにロゼから新しい表情を引き出してくれました。
長谷川京子さんや中村獅童さん、三吉彩花ちゃん、étéなっちゃんと一緒で、みんなで楽しく食事を堪能させていただきました。素晴らしい経験をありがとうございました。
