Keyeast has revealed that Kim Soo Hyun, Gong Hyo Jin, and IU attended a fan meeting in Shanghai, China yesterday to promote their drama ‘The Producers,’ as they met and interacted with over 10,000 fans.
The fan meeting was held at the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Shanghai, to commemorate the premiere of ‘The Producers’ through Sohu Video. Besides the large contingent of fans, there were also a significant number of media personnel gathered who did extensive reporting on the event.
Kim Soo Hyun’s bright smile and friendliness left fans even more mesmerized than ever. Even during the time when Gong Hyo Jin and IU were talking or interacting with fans, one could notice that fans of Kim Soo Hyun were fixated on the actor’s every movement and gaze. When Kim Soo Hyun took to the stage after IU, the fans got even more boisterous and it was testament to the actor’s popularity in China.
The fan meeting was the first reunion of the main stars of ‘The Producers’ since filming ended, and their interactions and humorous banter helped to create beautiful memories for local fans.
Drama ‘You Who Came from the Stars’ has been hugely popular in China and many other countries, and helped to create the Kim Soo Hyun trend. ‘The Producers’ has now strengthened that trend even further, and many are looking forward to Kim Soo Hyun’s long-term activities outside of Korea.
Meanwhile, Kim Soo Hyun will begin filming for his new movie ‘Real’ in the latter half of the year.
