‘JYJ Bill’ undergoes ‘power harassment’ by broadcasters even in the National Assembly…barely passed bill supposition ‘JYJ Bill’ –which is another name of the contents that are to prevent the banning of a particular personality’s broadcast appearance without a justifiable reason by a broadcaster– jumped over numerous crises and passed through its first barrier of the National Assembly’s bill screening.

There has been the controversy over singer JYJ having their appearances obstructed on each broadcaster after splitting from group TVXQ whom belong to SM agency, and that they are being sacrificed in the colossal agency’s vindictive appearance ban.

On November 10, the National Assembly[ of the Republic of Korea]’s Science, ICT, Future Planning, Broadcasting, and Communications Committee held a bill screening supposition and pushed through the ‘Broadcasting Act revision'(JYJ Bill) –which was proposed by Assemblywoman Choi Min Hee of the New Politics Alliance for Democracy–. JYJ Bill is the contents which includes the measure that would regulate to prevent the banning of a particular entertainer’s appearance without a justifiable reason by broadcasters.
