“Visually, I wanted to try and capture something a little different from everyone else,” says 27-year-old photographer @chonakasinger of her portrait of singer Jillian Hervey of Lion Babe. “I thought a star cross filter would work well with Lion Babe’s vibe live, which is really soulful and super fun to photograph.”
