I’ve shot motorcycles, rockets, trains, automobiles… and finally my dream airplane - the enormous, double-decker A-380. @etihadairways just started a new route between JFK and Abu Dhabi, so they tasked me with filling out their photo catalogue in both cities. Pretty much the most insane and incredible photo gig I could’ve imagined, especially as a dude who normally putts around in relatively minuscule single-engine planes. Spent two days running around JFK with all 1.2 million pounds of this beauty. Here’s one of the last shots from my favorite lens, (24mm F1.4) which I accidentally dropped & destroyed from the upper deck 15 minutes later. Good way to go, I guess.
