We haz some v v big news to share with all our friends on here! Mum, Dad and us are moving to MELBOURNE!! ??
For any friends not in Aus to give u an idea of how big of a move dis is it would be like moving from Miami to New York, from Vancouver to LA or from Scotland to Germany! ?
It’s a huuugeeee move and like everyone would naturally be we’re feeling all the feels for it. Nervous, excited, homesick (already lol) curious, pumped, happy dancing and more ? Well, WE really haz no clue wth is going on but if mum feelz it all den we do too! ?
This move means much greater opportunity for the future of @darrenandphillip so above all other emotions we’re super excited!
We have an opportunity to make @darrenandphillip everything we dream it to be living right near all of our suppliers/warehouses and designers and this big step will play a huge part in that! Things will happen faster, smoother and our visions will be more clearly laid out to our factories if we can continually meet with them in person.
At this point it is a huge risk for us, being a small business, but our heart is in it 1000% and that’s all anybody can control. So we have very good feelings of being able to make it all work! And Dads work can be done anywhere so it all just made sense!
Mum assures us dat she will make v v many more cosy jumpers for us bc apparently we will freeze our precious butts off down there but she also said dat the new place haz lots of heating so we alright!
We have been dying to tell you all for so long but so many things had to fit into place first. But here we go! We iz taking a road trip v v soon allllllaaaaa da way across our pretty country and we will be taking lots of footage and updating our stories along the way! I asked Mum if we could just go to the beach and dig a big hole to a beach down there but apparently it doesn’t work that way! So we’ve found some cool pet friendly hotels we are staying in along our way so it will be super fun!
Anyway, just wanted to tell you our exciting news, as we feel like its like telling our own family with you guys! ♥️♥️Melbourne here we come!
