Meditation is without a doubt the most valuable tool I’ve learned over the years to help me cope with my anxiety and the stress that inevitably comes with a hectic schedule and a busy lifestyle. With the help of the absolutely amazing @gurubetty I’ve been able to overcome a lot of my anxiety and manage my stress levels through meditation. It is so important to take care of our mental health just as much as our physical beings. My amazing friend @katysloane has nominated me to join her in a #20420 meditation challenge. 20 minutes for 20 days. I’m in!
