Well it’s been a terrible few days to say the very least, but I’m home! I wound up in the ICU because I was vomiting and feeling pretty bad Wednesday. After X-rays, ultrasound and blood work it turns out I had gastroenteritis (inflammation of the stomach and intestines). After meds and fluid and a lot of babying I’m starting to feel much better. Here’s me sporting my new boot and still feeling a little crunchy, me punching the hospital photogs that were giving my mom an update, me watching a dog I was fascinated with in ICU, and me laying it on thick to be taken home ASAP. I’m still pretty beat but hopefully the worst is behind me. Moms watching me like a hawk so positive vibes!
