I get lots of questions about Lou's personality so here are 5 fun Lou-ism's:

1. The Snuggle Alarm. When my alarm goes off for work, if he's not already snuggling on my pillow, he immediately gets up like the alarm is meant for him and snuggles up to me forcing an obscene amount of snooze button hits.

2. FOMO. (Fear of Missing Out) Breakfast has to be served next to me in the bathroom or he doesn't eat it so he can watch me get ready the entire time. Dinner, same thing but in the living room. Otherwise he spends the entire night running to the kitchen to take one lick and rushing back so he doesn't miss me watching TV. Company? Same rules but it's even more important to be served near them.

3. He's a neat freak. When it comes to his most favorite 3 toys; the 2 sharks and his watermelon, they belong at the bathroom, no exceptions. I move them to other rooms in the morning and job #1 when I leave is for him to put them away where they belong.

4. Phone calls are frowned upon. Even if we are taking a play break, if the phone rings he's up getting his toy and yelling for me to play. He will hold it in his mouth wining until I play while I'm talking on the phone.

5. Loves Attention. From me, you, the delivery guy bringing in groceries, the repair man, whoever. He expects you to be excited when you get a look at him. If you don't, he'll move up to your height on a table or whatever so he gets you on the return pass. You better stop and pat him and tell him how cute he is or god help us.
