To be clear- “SLIM” does NOT mean:
1)weak / frail
2)unfit
3)starved
4)no muscle/ no ass (this assumption drives me crazy- it’s the right size for me, it’s strong & I’m happy with it- sorry)
I love food & I’ve been an athlete all my life. I still run, lift, box, sail, I’m learning how to ski and conquering tennis this year.
I also consume a gross ton of food everyday. My issue is keeping weight on, not starving myself to loose it.
Yes, I also happen to be in fashion- that does not mean I’m on a diet of ice cubes and lettuce. Very cliche.
that’s my truth.
