Haha. I’ve ever heard something similar happen to the actor who plays a similar character like mine, but I never thought that it would really happen to me. It was strange. I’m actually happy and thought that I should work harder. Honestly, there are a lot of parts where I didn’t feel satisfied with my own acting. ‘I don’t have time’ sounds like an excuse. I should’ve slept less and worked harder so that more good results will come out.”
Last year, Jun was so busy on drama, variety shows, and other activities. He said, “I see that my followers on SNS increasing so I guess that the awareness of me also increases. I live in EuiJongBu, but a lot of people actually recognized me, so it feels amazing.”
Early last year, Jun was busy doing activities as a part of UNB. While participating in KBS 2TV ‘The Unit’, he also participated in a drama.
“I thought that I could do everything well, but there are a lot of moments when I feel apologetic towards UNB fans. Because of my personal schedule, I can’t participate in fan signing or music broadcast, and it must make them upset. I feel sorry towards the other members. At first, I'm contemplated whether I should participate in ‘The Unit.’ If I participate in ‘The Unit’, it feels like I’m acknowledging the failure of my group. But the thought of making people aware of UKISS is much bigger. I’m thankful at the fact to just being able to conclude UNB activity in Japan, but at the same time, I’m upset that we couldn’t say our final greeting to the fans in Korea.”
Jun is preparing for his solo debut in Japan that will happen this year. He said, “We’re done with all of the preparations. Because it’s my first solo debut, I’m trying hard to find what suits me and what I’m good at.” Regarding his solo debut in Korea, he said, “I want to do it in Korea as well. Because I’m good at dancing, I want to become a soloist like Taemin.”
