I got to talk about the challenges of becoming an Olympian and the aftermath of the Olympics with two awesome fellow Olympians, @nicolemdavis6 and @cthomp_3 We got to talk about how sometimes we feel ugly, fat, or scared, even as Olympians and how girls all over the nation don’t take on challenges because of their feelings of fear. Being able to take that leap of faith is the best feeling ever and teaching young women to be able to take the jump is where @gozgirls comes in. @gozgirls is a program that teaches young girls to battle that negative self-talk and learn how to dive into the unknown.
