empowertibet I am writing specifically to inform you about the misinterpretation of the Dalai Lama’s quote written in the article “The Dalai Lama Wants A Woman To Succeed Him Only If She Is Hot” written on June 28, 2019 by Nancy Vu. I would like to communicate that solely determine the character of His Holiness the Dalai Lama from a small comment which was a light- hearted joke (which he often makes from his joyful personality.) His Holiness the Dalai Lama did not say “hot,” as stated in the article, he simply said a Tibetan word translating to “attractive,” which represents charisma and wisdom. It’s disappointing that you would try to disrespect a beloved figure who has dedicated his whole life to advocate for kindness, peace, compassion. It is disgusting the extent (spreading false propaganda, ruining the image of a country and leader) to which news writers would go to gain publicity and money.

quicksilver4life Trump is not 100% healthy person . But he is very productive and I think many Buddhist not balance and not productive. I think a greater person judge by he’s productivity it’s could be spiritual too . So I think mister president trump doing a lot of good things and some of them not great . princeluangprabanglk5 Never knew of Tibet but I suppose what Caucasian westerners brought to America. However, a lot of people don’t understand Buddha religion but I do understand that anyone with soul and mind can really understand many type of monk teaching. I suppose in our culture monks are teacher not government. But I also read up on basic history so I see. I respect because not so much understand even our monks version but time change and sometimes lost. ❤️
