ardatugram_05 @nurisahin bey Merhabalar,Arda'nın Annesiyim (metastazli yumuşak doku sarkomu) kanseri uzun bir tedavi ve yorucu bir tedavi surecinden geciyorum,Oğlum Arda'nın(Ağır FMF direncli fmf) hastası öncelikle fmf hastalıgini kısaca (ozetle neler yasadigini bu hastaligin butun organ foksiyon sebeb oluyor)fmf hastaligi genetik bir hastalik tedavi tamamen iylesmesi yok,hayat boyu ilac tedavi bu hastaligin ilaclari yurt disi ilaci evet zaman zaman bu ilaclara odeme yapiyoruz. bu hastalikta en buyuk kaybimiz bobreklerimizi kaybedicegiz fmf ilaclari kanama bozuklugunu trombosit,hemofilliyi etkiliyor durmayan kanama bozuklugu illeri boyuta tasidi böbrekleri kaybetme durumuna geldi.(fmf mutasyon)fmf şiddetli ağrili atesli nobetler gecirip durmayan kanama bozuklugu çikiyor.fmf hastaliginda kullandigimiz ilaclar Arda'nın hemofilli ve trombositlerini görevini yapamaz durumuna getirdi kan pıhtılaşmıyor fmf atakları çok şiddetli oldugundan kan değerleri kotü olumsuz etkiliyor.bu durumda trombositler ve kan değerleri normal değerlere gelmeyip(pıhtılaşma saglayıcı)değerlerini düşürüyor fmf kontrol altına alınmadığı sürece Arda'nın hayatı önem taşıyordu  hastalığı devam etmekte sık sık çeşitli yerlerinde durmayan kanamalarla hastanelik oluyor.trombosit degerlerini yükseltmek kanamalarin olmaması için düzenli olarak.alınmasi gereken kan pıhtılaşma saglayıcı ilacımızi sgk kapsamında tamamini alamıyoruz.fmf hastalığını agır gecirdiginden bağışıklık sistemleri zayıflatmis verem riski tasiyor anakenria ilaci birakmamiz mumkun degil bu ilaca devam ettigimizden bununla sik sik karsilasicagiz gunluk kaloruyucu ilaclari almaya basladik bu koruyucu ilaclara gectik bu ilacta hastaligi kan degerlerini olumsuz etkiliyor bunlari surekli yasamak durumunda kalicak! Arda hayati onem tasidigindan ilacımizi tamamını sgk karşılamıyor.
