#ad Post hip surgery, getting back to peak performance has been my number one goal and in order to achieve that, I’ve had to restrengthen ALL of my muscles, which means constant sore muscles. That’s why I’m all about using any tools that’ll help me speed up my recovery. The @pso_rite has been my secret weapon in loosening my psoas, lower, back, and adductor. @mirainagasu Your welcome! Always remember to take care of the emotional side of things as well. What I do for that is I go and either get a Reiki session done, or I go and do a sound bowl meditation! So relaxing!💖🌟💖

Bikram yoga, yin yoga, cold water on legs when sore, prescription Motrin, and just keep telling yourself it hurts so good.
