awadiop__evabushra @linksoflondon I contacted your customer service, emailed them with pictures of my items and my receipts and explained what my issue is ... i got a reply after 4 days saying that they see no colour changing on the pictures, I sent more pictures and was even willing to walk in to a local Links of London store so they can validate my say but guess what, after 11 days, nothing done but just me being ignored. ?

awadiop__evabushra @qwertybbgb ohhh man ?! I’m done honestly with this company, regretting all the money spent there within the last 3 years. I’m planning to sell my stash and move on... they got back to me and their only excuses was that it’s normal for a $140 pendant to wear of within 4 months. And of I will let all my fellow jewelry lovers on Facebook groups!

awadiop__evabushra That’s very sad that your gold vermeil fades very quickly (4 month) on top of that your customer service REALLY sucks!!!!!!! I’m regretting all thise big dollars I’ve spent building my links of london stash without knowing that you don’t even care about your customers! ????????????

sarahkscott_ I placed this order on last Friday and paid an additional £9 for delivery on Sunday as it was a gift for a friends party. It is now Thursday and I still haven't received this and I’ve already emailed your customer service team on Tuesday and I’ve not heard a thing! Please you contact me!
