➊ Pull-up (overhand grip) - 3 sets x 12 reps
➋ Neutral grip - 3 sets x 12 reps
➌ Chin-up (underhand grip) - 3 sets x 12 reps
➍ Shoulder press - 4 sets x 20 reps
➎ Barbell upright row - 4 sets x 20 reps
➏ TRX row - 4 sets x 20 reps
➐ Cable triceps pushdown - 4 sets x 20 reps
➑ Barbell bicep curl - 4 sets x 20 reps
➒ Kettlebell swing - 4 sets x 15 reps 🔥

Great workout, just to say for advice, avoid upright rows. They cause impingement issues do it with dumbells. See Jeff cavalier on athleanx he explains. Good luck.
