Well I have that disorder too, and is so difficult to get focused but when you get it, it's difficult to get unfocused. sorry for the diagnosis but see it in a good way, It's kind of funny but the way I see it is that it is like a super power😂. What I do to get focused is be in a room with any distractions, all what I need to do the job near to me and a strong will. And then it's a constant fight with yourself😢.

You can either do big pharma, or a decent smoke strain. I have found a strain, that no only helps with nausea, head aches but it works w my wife who has paranoia schizophrenic symptoms ( not diagnosed ) because it’s 2019 and we don’t label ☮️✌️why are all the brilliant held down mentally. Maybe a way to even the scales? If you live in a Yank state I’m sure you could find something heaps easy. Free tha Weed ❤️

Tbh it's pretty hard without meds. You just gotta find something you genuinely enjoy that always grabs your attention. Or try to make whatever you're doing seem interesting and it becomes easier

I would say go to your local cannabis dispensary and talk to a "budtender". Don't know if it's legal where you are, but am told it can help.

Take medication 😭 hahah. Or make a list, and do mindfullness exercises to try and stay in the present! But straight up, meds hahaha.
