Now and then .. I posted a video on my YouTube channel talking about my road to self love and body confidence. It took me a long time to feel comfortable in my body. I’ve fluctuated over the years from a double zero to a size 10 and I remember being so embarrassed and ashamed of that. I wish I was kinder to myself because I am only human but I thought models were meant to be a 00 and stay a 00. I was always hesitant to talk about body positivity or body diversity because I am aware being a size 6 or 8 is nothing ground breaking but in the modeling industry, my size hasn’t always been represented, celebrated or accepted. For me, feeling comfortable in my skin has taken a lot of work and effort and I wanted to share that with you guys. ❤️ Link in BIO!

❤❤❤ Thank you so much for sharing this. I have been a model for a long time as well, and I have felt pressured to lose weight during most of my career. I have fluctuated between a size 4-8, mostly because of pressure from my agencies to lose weight, but now I am trying to stay a size 8. I understand the pressure, it is very difficult sometimes. But the most important thing is our health ❤️ Do what is best for your body, and in doing so we are setting a good example for women everywhere❤️

Can relate to this on so many levels.. 🙌🏼 i think you’re such a beautiful person and I would never guess from your appearance or demeanour that you would ever have these insecurities but it’s so refreshing to know that everybody no matter how seemingly perfect or stunning they are have similar thoughts and it’s ok and we don’t have to hide and pretend to be perfect because that shit is exhausting. Thanks for being your authentic self and always keeping it real!

Thank you Emily. You have always been so striking to me, your make up commercials are 😍 I'm glad you have higher self esteem and confidence!! I love modeling but it's so frustrating to be told I am too big or having clothes not zip up. I'm a size 4 and yet I always felt overweight. It's nice to see a model that I admire, living a happy and full life without the negativity that this industry can spread.💙

You are an inspiration 😘😘😍😍😍 body positivity is my daily struggle and fight but I try every day to remind myself that my body is a gift from God, and I have to love and take care of it. And really in the end the only way to truly love others, is to love and accept ourselves first.
