One of a parents main responsibility is to educate... for a better future 🚨THIS IS NOT A DRILL! 🚨 September 20th, global youth climate leader @gretathunbergteamed up with Guardian columnist @georgemonbiot for this rousing call to action: to stabilize our climate for a livable future, we must PROTECT, RESTORE, and FUND natural climate solutions—living ecosystems such as forests, mangroves, swamps and seabeds can pull enormous quantities of carbon from the air and store them safely, but natural climate solutions currently receive just 2% of the funding spent on cutting emissions. Their message comes ahead of a global climate strike led by young people tomorrow and a UN climate action summit of world leaders in New York the following Monday. The film will be shown to heads of state and the UN’s climate and biodiversity chiefs in New York.
