Take a peek at my daily warmup routine before my skating sessions. The brisk Colorado air is great for athletic conditioning. Since I put so much strain on my skin during training, I try to have a good postworkout routine in order to keep my skin looking fresh. I use the 2 in 1 function (cleanser and massaging) of my @FOREO LUNA 3 to keep my acne in check and my skin glowing.
