I’ve been increasingly experiencing all of them lately! So what have I been doing differently? Letting go of control and being OPEN to possibility. Being open to an unknow outcome/result can be scary and that’s why I think we, as humans, try to control situations and people. Once you let go of control and fully “TRUST” with all your heart, you’ll start to experience more Freedom (realeasing control) and that will allow you to have more room for Joy, Peace and Love! One personal way I have been growing more open is by focusing on my faith and trusting God. This has helped me to release control. I trust, and I know everything will be okay. Being in that space, I can naturally feel free and peaceful. Being open allows me to be joyful and excited about the unknown.
