Choosing to not let fear, pride or the misconception that we need to have it all together, but getting the help you need. Everyone will face it at one point. I'm grateful to those who just listened, or spoke when I didn't have the strength to utter a word. Training wise this Grenada camp was a hard one for me but the power and peace that comes from sharing my frustration and pain with others makes a difference.
