Here’s to 39! Not gonna lie this last year challenged me in ways I never thought could. Changes to my life, body, hormones (yes I’m getting older😜) & deep emotions about feeling lost for what the next chapter will bring. .

This year I have big plans team! Taking big risks to bring excitement & spark that passion I lost for a bit. I already feel more & more like myself. .

So cheers to another year 🥂...my body feels it but my mind & soul will always be 25 hahaha
