-15 goblet squats
-12 push ups
-make a bowl of captain crunch
-look out the window for 32 minutes
-check your phone for notifications even tho u kno there won’t be any
-have another bowl of captain crunch of same size or bigger
-turn on the shower
-change your mind turn the shower off
-60 second plank
-is there anything new on Hulu?
And repeat for 3 sets total 😊❤️🔥
