Because of what is going on in the world my parents and I were unable to fly to be there in person. It is so hard to not be able to be there with my family in person to say goodbye and give and get hugs from them. It is just so surreal. I know this is happening to so many families across the world and my heart goes out to all of you. 💔 I'm hoping that life will get back to normal soon and families will be able to be together again. I am thankful that he visited me at Christmas and we were able to make some homemade gnocchi and pasta together. I will forever cherish those memories.
