こんな形のPizzaを見たことありますか？ 【Luna Rossa ルナロッサ】
っていう名前のピッツァなんです

直訳すると【赤い月】の意味です。月光の赤い部分が“マルゲリータ”で、月陰の包み焼きの部分がリピエーノ（別名カルツォーネ）で出来ています。一枚のピッツァで二種類の料理が楽しめるナポリの定番ピッツァのひとつで、ナイフとフォークでいただくのがナポリ流ですよ。

２枚目の写真はルナロッサを焼く直前。一枚のピザ生地から月の形に仕上がります。
ピッツァイオーロって器用ですし、ネーミングもおしゃれ！！ ・
