Try these two push pull exercises. In first video: get into a split stance and tuck your pelvis under. Second video: get into a shorter length split stance and also work on tucking pelvis under. By incorporating a tucked pelvis in Both exercises, you can work on gaining better canister activation. This allows for better control of overall strength in any exercise (or golf swing 😊)
