let’s remember that many among us do not enjoy justice or freedom. Many people are trapped in the criminal justice system with little to no resources. Thankfully Susan Burton's @anewwayoflifela is fighting to end mass incarceration by providing formerly incarcerated women with the resources they need not only to rebuild their lives but to heal. Every woman I've met through A New Way of Life has described Susan as an angel, the first person in their life who believed in them. To be able to give that much love all the time is another level of humanity that I have never before seen.
