The Hulu adaptation of Sally Rooney's best-selling novel, @normalpeoplehulu, made instant stars of its protagonists, @paul.mescal and @daisyedgarjones, but they never really got to experience their newfound fame in the traditional way: The series' first season was released in late April, once the international response to COVID-19 was already well underway.
