Back in 2018 the @evolvingvegan crew and I traveled to 10 different cities around North America and over 50 restaurants. I wanted to share with everyone the best food I ate from the United States and Canada, paired with recipes of my own and my mamma all into my new book. Along with 80 culturally-diverse recipes there’s stories from my personal life and my journey as well.
