Challenge Accepted @ecduzit @athenacurrey @kayt_jones @bitton 🖤🤍 You might not know this about me based on my Instagram but I have often struggled with feelings of insecurity in my life, which in turn has made it extremely difficult (at times) to find joy in others success. I have compared myself to my fellow women and been JEALOUS of them being more successful, more beautiful, skinnier, more fit, more witty or more intelligent than me. If you find yourself struggling with this, don’t feel discouraged. It doesn’t make you a bad person, a horrible friend, or an unfit mother, it just makes you HUMAN. Admitting these feelings is the first step towards retraining your brain to be able to feel happy for other people and their success. Woman- you are a goddess, a powerful warrior and a caretaker. Don’t let your brain convince you otherwise. Love and success to all! P.S.
