Breonna's current partner, Kenneth Walker, had no felony charges at the time. Breonna had no criminal history and was an EMT. The cops were not in uniform. The LMPD said the officers had no body cams on despite being assigned them." (Forbes) "At the time of the intrusion, the suspect of the larger narcotics case, Jamarcus Glover, was arrested at 12:40 a.m., the same time police entered the apartment complex." (Courier Journal) "As officers #JONATHANMATTINGLY, #BRETTHANKINSON, and #MYLESCOSGROVE battered the door, Walker called 911 believing it was a burglary- not a drug raid. The police claimed to have identified themselves, Walker and multiple first hand witnesses present at the scene, such as neighbors, claim contrary. The officers were not in uniform. A licensed gun owner, Walker shot in self defense as the door open. Mattingly was hit in the leg once. In response the police shot 25 times which Breonna Taylor was shot 8 times.
