Lazy day as per usual 🦥 lately I’ve been having really bad sleep paralysis? Any advice in coming out of it? I normally breathe in and breathe out slowly... but when I’m scared I just try to move my toes n fingers in a panic... 😅 (tbh I have an alarm on every 10 mins so it wakes me up 😂)
