Being accepted in a system that historically works against women, women of color, indigenous women,religious women,Turkish women,Indian women,African women,Trans women,our daughters,mothers,sisters grandmamas is not worthy of our power and brilliance. Even though they need us more then ever to straighten up their Shit Show.We have learned to take things into our own hands,taking action,creating communities,supporting and educating. I love all my sisters! I chose this picture because this is me stripped down and the way I feel most myself and I don’t care if it gets deleted. If you don’t like a little nip you can either choke on it or begin to accept its power. Nipples give life and nutrition to all our beautiful babies in the world. Becoming a woman and being a women is complicated- there are so many natural beautiful events that are life changing and so many unnatural out of control situations that can rock your world. I have tried to raise my daughter to look for signs,to be informed,be in control of her body and her path,to be gentle on herself and to listen, to speak up, to be a lover, a creator and a fighter. The great thing about being a woman is our resilience, our will to survive,our support,our love and care . We are blessed with compassion and intuition.Knowledge is power and that’s how we will proceed. To all my sisters who have given me a shout out . My list is long who have helped me realize my power and who have protected me and pushed me along the way.You know who you are. I’m particular proud of all the young women In my life.You know who you are. You fight hard, strong and are relentless. Keep pushing and protecting each other. Sisterhood reaches far. Keep your minds and hearts open. Show your love and humanity for each other no matter skin color, gender preference or religious beliefs. Keep your ears to the ground and your eyes open at all times.There is alway someone out there who needs your Lovin,emotional support and a helping hand.
