For our August digital issue, ELLE chose the theme “Friends and Family” to celebrate the bonds that bring us together. In our cover story, we glimpse a whole new side of @ベラ・ハディッド, seen through the lens of her sister, @ジジ・ハディッド. Hadid, who has been spending time on the family farm, has used the quarantine to reevaluate her priorities. For her, that includes family, spirituality, and raising awareness around the Black Lives Matter movement. “I have so much responsibility to use my platform for good, especially as I get older,” she tells us. “I want young girls and boys to know that it is okay to use your voice and demand justice for what is important to you.” Link in bio for the full cover story.
