Today I wanted to share my sources of inspiration for this section I animated on #FROZEN2 #ShowYourself . Inspiration adds so much more depth and excitement for me when animating. When properly inspired, I find myself working with much more energy and efficiency. Since this section is Elsa’s Finale part of the song, I really wanted to be properly inspired so that I could make #Elsa as graceful as possible as the ice fog curtains close. First and foremost, I look at the Storyboards to see the backbone of what the directors want to see in the scene. After looking at the storyboards, I wanted to find some additional contemporary dance inspiration so that I can bring that extra level of grace to Elsa’s movements. Thanks to my friend @danivitale , she generously allowed me to study some of her beautiful movements at her dance studio. Thank you Dani for your grace and inspiration ✨🙏🏻 ✨ I’ll gather some more animation process from this scene, so stay tuned.
오랜만입니다 여러분! 오늘은 #겨울왕국2 #엘사 의 #보여줘 의 마지막 장면 연출하는데 어떻게 영감을 받았는지 소개하겠습니다. 작가의 영감은 작품의 혼과 같습니다. 어떤 작품이던 아무 영감 없이 만들면 정성과 영혼이 안담긴 것같이 느껴지기 쉽죠. 엘사의 중요한 공연의 막을 내리는 장면인만큼 제대로 된 영감을 얻기위해 저는 친한 친구 @danivitale 의 움직임을 공부했습니다. Dani 환상적인 동작을 본 덕분에 엘사의 움직임에 혼을 불러일으켜 줄 수 있었습니다. 곧 이 장면 애니메이션 작업 과정도 공유 할것이니 기대해주세요.
