カーリー・クロスさんのインスタグラム写真 - (カーリー・クロスInstagram)「Hi and welcome to my Tech Takeover! My name is Chloe Xiang (@chloexiang) and I am 19 years old. I am currently studying Media, Culture, and Communications at NYU. In 2018, I joined Kode With Klossy as a scholar. In 2019, I was an Instructor’s Assistant and helped teach mobile development in Portland. Joining @kodewithklossy has allowed me to discover the fascinating world of technology and connect with amazing people that have become lifelong friends. In 2017, I founded a feminist magazine, @kekemagazine. Growing up surrounded by media, I never saw anyone who looked like me, so I felt as if my voice didn’t matter. With Keke, I wanted to create a safe space where girls could be celebrated for their unique identities through authentic content. Keke has articles ranging from women’s news to personal essays to interviews with leaders. Joining me on the Keke team are 15 female contributors from across the world. As a writer, I am driven to share my story and the stories of marginalized people. I write for @bobblehaus, a female, POC-run brand dedicated to bridging East and West culture, and for publications such as @teenvogue about identity, culture, and art. I am also a photographer. Recently, I organized a fundraiser where I took photos of my hometown’s graduating class to document their milestone experience during COVID-19 and raised a few hundred dollars for a local food bank. My photographic prints are being sold on @servingthepeople to raise money for the Loveland Foundation, an organization that provides Black women and girls with therapy. Along with a group of talented BIPOC and Queer artists, I have cofounded the @newprimarycollective, a collective dedicated to revolutionizing the traditional artistic culture and center unheard voices in art. As a creator, my mission is to listen and to compel others to listen — to those who have been oppressed and marginalized for too long. Because to create with equality, I must listen to Black, Brown, and Indigenous voices. I am always reflecting on how my work can better serve as a weapon of necessary progress. Code, words, and photos are the vessels that help me achieve my mission of empowerment and inclusivity.」8月20日 6時31分 - karliekloss
