After finding herself low on ways to socialize her dogs and noticing that socializing herself usually led to leaving them home, Desh Valcin decided to start a dog event planning company called @chasepapi1 . Her goal was to provide an environment where people could unwind and enjoy while their pups played at the same time. Best of both worlds! Typically Chase & Papi rents out venues around New York City and Long Island that are dog-friendly to throw themed events. In the current COVID-19 situation, they rose to the challenge and adapted by throwing virtual events that still allow people to join in with their dog from the comfort and safety of their own homes. One of their most popular events in an annual competition for Miss Dog Mom. This year it will be online, making it accessible to dog moms all over the US.
