So I decided to share my struggles too. Not to get any pity or to complain. But to be honest and open. And maybe for someone to relate and to know that they are not alone. So here you go... A lot of my friends and co-workers just lost their jobs. I was just lucky to keep mine, but I still feel devastated for my colleagues. Facing a change in my job situation in the recent weeks made me think a lot about career and life changes in general. Transitioning from skating to a new job and passion was hard. The situation now would have been a lot different. But I still tried to apply the same strategies as back then. For example: Telling myself that if I lost my job, I wouldn‘t lose my dignity, my skills, my worth. What I do is not who I am. And I‘ve also met with my sports psychologist again - I view it as a strength rather than a weekness to seek help. I don’t have a happy end quote or a solution / advice to this. But maybe you do: What mindset helped/helps you in situations of uncertainty and change?」8月29日 3時16分 - sarah.van.berkel

I don’t have a happy end quote or a solution / advice to this. But maybe you do: What mindset helped/helps you in situations of uncertainty and change?
