What if you didn’t have to practice for hours to achieve results?
I know this sounds crazy because we are used to hearing the opposite. A couple of months ago I was confronted with a wrist injury while desperately wanting to start up competition after a year break!
I could barely practice when I heard of In The Zone Mental Training.
My main mental issues were lack of commitment and negative thoughts creeping up on me on and off the course. After a couple of get-to-know phone calls I started one-on-one training with Bo Watson and Shannon Shuskey, who shared their knowledge with me based on their personal, client and Olympic coaching experience.
After little actual practice I made the cuts at both the Scottish and British Open. Of course, I expect more of myself long term, but considering where I came from, this was a big success 😊
If you want more consistency, more rounds in the zone or if you are a weekend warrior who can't practice often, or a competitive or even tour player I recommend you check the program out to reach your full potential.
