Add sweet red peppers + Thai red chilis, garlic 🧄, ginger, fish sauce, blanched green beans, Thai basil and mint. Once the veg cooks down, add chicken back in with SAUCE: Oyster sauce, light + dark soy, fish sauce, light brown sugar.
