Still can’t believe I live here ✨ and in slightly exciting news I launched the house build website (link in bio!). The goal is to help take the mystery and overwhelming nature of building an affordable home and breaking it down into manageable steps. It’s not necessarily a detailed daily account of every hammer swing, but rather a stepped overview that allows you to lean on talented subs to build a house for 30-50% less than hiring a GC. And most build companies don’t even want to build homes less than ~1800sq ft.⁣

It felt like such a risk selling my home in Nashville, a place that I built and actually existed, a home I could live in, for this dream of living in the mountains. It’s hard to write about but selling it for raw land without a home on it wasn’t easy. But now looking out at this view it was all worth it ✨
