Volunteers at the London Muslim Centre have played a vital role in supporting members of the community, by helping to cook and deliver warm meals and medication to the most vulnerable during the pandemic.

Beyond providing vital supplies, the team have also been providing befriending calls to the isolated, vulnerable and elderly and critical counselling, including supporting women affected by domestic violence.

At the Centre The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge met volunteers and beneficiaries of the project, and thanked them for going above and beyond to help others during this time.
