Feeling healthy and happy! 🙏

Although I haven’t been to the gym all spring/summer, or really on a routine of any kind, and the current state of the world being very sad, I’ve been trying to be inspired with other activities and working on my mind/body/spirit health. Doing my best with what I have and letting go of the things I have no control over.

I feel when I take care of my spirit and emotional body, the physical body follows! Definitely inspired to get stronger, but happy to honor myself during these crazy times and just be, no pressure, just observing and being patient... #30 🤍🌜✨🙌 #Virgo
