Saying no is often misunderstood as negativity. It isn’t. Saying no is extremely positive. ‘No’ is a one word sentence. It’s a statement that does not owe itself an explanation. Learning when to say no is often the most positive thing you can do for yourself, and others.

Saying no saves so much stress. How often have you worried about finding an excuse as to why you ‘can’t’ go somewhere? All the while you could’ve just said. ‘No, thank you. This isn’t for me.’

‘No’ is honest. It doesn’t enable those we love to self destruct. ‘No’ is a standard. ‘No’ is a beautiful, bold boundary. #no
