1. Down Dog Crunch Combo - knee to same elbow, knee to opp elbow, knee to center with bear hold on other side. 10 reps total (5 each side)
2. 4 point kneeling pull through - 10 reps each side. (Imagine you are actually pulling something with the arm that is moving).
3. Half kneeling side crunch - 10 reps each side
4. Forearm Plank knee taps - 10 taps each knee
5. Bear hold hand walkouts - 10 reps (hands out + in = 1 rep)
6. Dolphin pike to bear hover - 10 reps
7. Leg lowers to frog press - 10 reps
8. 10 Reverse Crunches to 10 second hip lift hold - repeat 3x (keep hips off floor in the hold and feet close to butt at all times)
9. Single leg Cross crunch with foot turned out - 10 reps each leg
10. Slow sprinter sit ups - alternating. 10 reps each side
