Quick lil shoulder & bicep workout today! Definitely did the job tho 🥵 My arms were TOAST
Workout:
DB Shoulder Press: 4 sets of 10
Super Set: Lateral Raises (4 sets of 12) with Bicep Curls (4 sets of 10 each arm)
Seated DB Front Raises: 3 sets of 15
Super Set: Barbell Upright Rows (3 sets of 15) with Barbell Curls (3 sets of 10)
Push-ups into Shoulder Taps: 3 sets of 10 push ups followed by 20 shoulder taps (10 each arm)
