Hypocrisy is a death threat to my humanity. Some imperial idiot eating all the wheat and selling a famine across the land. I’m bored to tears. I’m worn. My stomach muscles are sore from the gentle human gift of still finding humor in it all. But really, it’s not funny anymore. It’s sad and pathetic. And what’s even more confounding is that it’s the biggest repetition of history. The only work is of dismantling. The only way thru is a deep understanding of where we have come from. The only peace we will find is from the the scariest leap away from blind comfort and convenience and into the resilient arms of something else entirely . Something that may have never been before. Believe it or not , it’s deeply part of being human , this ability to invent new unifying fictions that help create new social orders. It’s part of our dna. And it’s the job I want from now on. Vote and revolt. Dismantle and question everything. And then do it again. And again. This is no tiny feat. It is one we must all come together for, to untie this knot of corruption and disease . And form something completely new. A new way of living in this world.
