Third working set for Deadlift 160lbs x6. [EDIT: because this is the third set, im a bit tired and so i do lose form a little in the later reps and my grip is exhausted. Feeling wise, i DID NOT pull with my lower back, but i wont lie it was DEF a struggle at the end! Always looking to improve and grow esp from relooking at the footage like this. its a process to progress 🙃 happy and safe lifting everyone]

When I started “Jett Arm Training”, I weighed around 110lbs and lifted 95lbs for my working set (fyi: before quarantine i was training for my half marathon, which is a whole different type of training). Haven’t trained like this before but glad Booty Cult 🍑 @jawnha @maleahquan are cheering me on and keeping me accountable.... esp with food. I haven’t had candy or boba for weeks... I’m hanging in there! JETT ARMS LET’S GO 💪🤟
